It’s thinking of services for the so-called 'Next Billion'

It's thinking of services for the so-called "Next Billion," largely the folks who have bypassed the PC for mobile devices to connect to the Internet. The money is earmarked for what it calls mobile enterprise enablement, emerging market mobility, and enterprise end-user mobile experiences. It's thinking security, analytics, privacy and the user interface.
