Liquidware Labs Granted Two Further Patents

Further substantiating Liquidware Labs' market position

ALPHARETTA, Ga., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Liquidware Labs Inc. (LWL), the market leader in virtual desktop application assessment and diagnostics, today announced that the USPTO has granted two further patents to Liquidware Labs that focus on the company's innovation in its nuART(TM) (Network, User and Application Response Time) and Connector ID technology.

The first patent granted to Liquidware Labs covered the invention of a highly efficient and accurate method to track the most common network activity and response times for individual users. The newly issued patent broadens this patent area to cover the area of all network traffic, and to efficiently track the activity of specific machines or devices as well as users. The other newly issued patent covers the invention of a highly efficient method to embed a signature identifier into each packet for real-time tracking of the health and configuration of desktops according to IT policies.

The patent numbers, in order of being granted, are 7,386,889 (issued 24th June, 2008), 7,549,159 (issued 16th June, 2009) and 7,552,323 (issued 23rd June, 2009). Liquidware Labs has over a dozen other patents-pending in the US and abroad.

"Our patents continue to validate that our nuART and Connector ID technology represent innovative new methods for improved IT visibility," said Jonathan Alexander, GM, Research and Development, Liquidware Labs. "Here at our labs we are dedicated to innovative, breakthrough solutions and the practical applications towards improving VDI."

"Liquidware Labs has unique technology and solutions; to have 3 new patents granted in such a short time-frame indicates the superior levels of innovation within the company," commented Bernd Harzog, CEO, APM Experts.
