Bert Amijo - 3Tera

Bert Amijo is is Co-Founder & SVP of Sales, Marketing and Product Management at 3Tera. He is a veteran of multiple startups having also co-founded Topspin Communications, a pioneer in fabric computing which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2005. Prior to that, Bert was Director at Nortel's High Performance Switching Division and launched the company's Passport 8600 Enterprise LAN switch. Bert joined Nortel through the acquisition of Bay Networks, which had acquired startup Rapid City Communications, that pioneered the first Gigabit Ethernet routing switch in 1997. Ed Beauvais - EMC

Ed Beauvais is Senior Product Manager in the Cloud Infrastructure Group at EMC Corporation and is responsible for EMC Atmos – the industry’s leading multi-petabyte information management solution for cloud storage environments. Ed joined EMC’s Technology Ventures Group in April of 2007 with the objectives of creating innovative market solutions in emerging technology markets and creating business model innovation.

Thorsten von Eicken - RightScale
CTO and a founder of RightScale, he is responsible for the overall technology direction of the RightScale Cloud Management Platform. Previously, von Eicken was founder and chief architect at Expertcity (acquired by Citrix Online), where he directed the architecture of the company's online services, including the popular GoToMeeting service. He also managed the Expertcity/Citrix data center operations, where he acquired deep knowledge in deploying and running secure, scalable online services. John Engates - Rackspace
John Engates is CTO of Rackspace. He joined the company in August of 2000 and has worked in several areas of Rackspace including Operations, Professional Services and Customer Care. Most recently, Engates has been responsible for managing the ongoing development of Rackspace's Intensive segment. He was one of the leading forces behind Rackspace's Microsoft Gold Certification. Prior to joining Rackspace, Engates was a founder of Internet Direct, one of the oldest and largest Internet service providers in Texas.

Daniel Beveridge - VIRTERA
Daniel Beveridge serves as Director of Virtualization Strategy for VIRTERA’s New York City office and is a pioneer and thought leader architecting and developing virtualization technology solutions. As a recognized industry expert with over 15 years of IT industry expertise, Daniel has been instrumental in assisting clients adopt a virtualization strategy that maps to their specific business needs. This results in positive business impact and bottom line profitability.

Dr Kristof Kloeckner - IBM
Kristof Kloeckner, CTO of IBM's Enterprise Initiatives and VP Cloud Computing Platforms, is based in Armonk, New York. In this role, he defines and drives IBM's cloud technology strategy and integrates the cloud R&D activities across the company. He was appointed to his present position in January, 2009 and was previously Vice President of Strategy and Technology for Software Group. Before that, he has held executive leadership positions in strategy, architecture and development in Germany, the UK and the USA, including Director of the Hursley Laboratory in the United Kingdom. He joined IBM in 1984 as a development engineer in the Boeblingen Development Laboratory in Germany.

Owen Garrett - Zeus Technology
Owen Garrett is a product manager and technologist with Zeus Technology and, previous to this, was a member of Zeus' product development team. He studied Mathematics at Cambridge University, followed by Cambridge's Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, the oldest computer science course in the world.
