We will have to see whether this kind of technical leadership converts into swift mass-market adoption or not.

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. CelLynx Discusses Its 5BARz Sales and Marketing Strategy
The Road Warrior, has passed FCC Certification and has reached commercial production

CelLynx Group, Inc. (OTCBB: CYNX), a producer of breakthrough, plug 'n play cell phone signal-amplification technology, today announced highlights of its updated sales and marketing plan in preparation for the national launch of its 5BARz(TM) Road Warrior device -- its first device to market.

CelLynx in July reported that its first product, The Road Warrior, has passed FCC Certification and has reached commercial production. The following is a brief overview of the Sales & Marketing Plan that has been designed to Sell, Distribute and Support 5BARz products.

With the number of worldwide mobile phone users approaching three billion, dependence on cellular technology for personal and professional use is at an all time high. This dependence, which was once based on voice only, has now expanded to include text, e-mail and Internet activity. Further, a vast array of applications are being written for Mobile Internet Devices such as Smartphones, BlackBerrys, iPhones, netbooks and notebook computers. Now more than ever the world needs to be always on and always connected.

Our research has determined that the cellular community purchases cell phones and accessories through multiple sales channels including online technology sites, cellular carrier locations, independent cellular dealers, big box retailers and kiosks at malls, airports, grocery stores and even convenience stores. These tens of thousands of purchasing options are supported by a distribution network of hundreds of cellular and technology distributors.

The CelLynx Sales and Marketing plan has been designed to provide immediate access to the cellular sales and distribution network in order to maximize market share and minimize costs. The key components of this plan are Web 2.0-based Internet Marketing, Public Relations, Demand Generation, Logistics, Independent Manufacturers Rep Firms, Distribution and the Technology that weaves them all together.

Web 2.0 Marketing. The adoption of a true Web 2.0 strategy will greatly enhance the ability of CelLynx to execute its Sales and Marketing strategies. CelLynx will contract with a leading Web Design and Internet Marketing company to build a significant online presence to include Web Sites, Search Engine Optimization/Marketing and significant participation in Social Media sites of all types frequently utilized by the cellular community.

Public Relations. Today, more than ever, buyers are influenced by what they read. No longer are traditional Public Relations activities with the print media sufficient. To that end, CelLynx will engage a Public Relations firm that understands traditional and emerging markets to promote media coverage/exposure for CelLynx and 5BARz to technology and lifestyle outlets including social media. In addition, the Public Relations firm chosen will have experience with early stage technology companies, Internet and Mobility.

Demand Generation. We expect to see a rapid adoption of 5BARz technology due to the pervasive connectivity problems previously discussed and CelLynx will develop a demand generation engine to achieve our goals. This engine will be responsible for feeding our sales channel with ever increasing leads and sales conversions. The Demand Generation program will be designed to meet our customers where they use cellular technology; at home, in the car, at the office, in a hotel and at the airport. CelLynx will create advertising campaigns on the Internet, radio, billboards, local and national newspapers as well as airline and travel magazines. In addition, we will look to other demand generation opportunities including vertical markets (transportation, marine, livery), creative outlets (infomercials & television shopping) and various promotions and contests.

Logistics. The demands of such a diversified market on a company's ability to store, pick, pack and ship are labor intensive and very costly. CelLynx understands the need to develop a logistics system that can ship to the tens of thousands of retailers with their specific requirements. To that end, CelLynx intends to outsource our warehouse and shipping functions.

Independent Manufacturing Rep Firms. One of the most costly elements of most Sales and Marketing plans is the sales team itself. To gain minimal field coverage in North America dozens of employees would need to be hired at a cost of $4-$5 million a year in salaries and travel expenses. Instead, CelLynx will utilize a captured representative model. Utilizing a mix of Manufacturers Rep Firms, CelLynx will blanket the US market with a highly skilled and experienced sales team within its first year of operation. Further, this team already possesses the relationships and access to channels that can take a new company many years to achieve.

Distribution. CelLynx will contract with leading distributors of technology to the consumer electronic retailers to leverage existing credit and purchasing relationships. We will target both multi-billion dollar technology and cellular distributors along with smaller more market focused distributors. These distribution relationships will result in CelLynx part numbers automatically being added to the electronic catalogs of resellers resulting in faster adoption of 5BARz technology.

Technology. CelLynx not only sells innovative technology but will utilize it as well to help manage rapid growth. In order to communicate with outsourced suppliers, rep firms, and our customers, CelLynx will need to develop relationships with key vendors to implement technology solutions for Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support and Sales Forecasting software. These decisions will be made based on interoperability, compatibility, ease of use and maintenance. CelLynx will look to implement technologies that support our business process, increase efficiency and keep the Company close to our customers.

Over the next few weeks, we will be adding some key team members to drive these strategies as we look to convert these efforts into sales. You will continue to see updates on our progress on our web sites (www.cellynx.com & www.5BARz.com), on the Internet and through CelLynx sponsored Press Releases.

About CelLynx Group, Inc.

Headquartered in Mission Viejo, California, CelLynx produces and markets breakthrough plug 'n play cell phone signal amplification technology. (See www.cellynx.com). This next generation product, CelLynx 5BARz(TM) Road Warrior, is the first plug 'n play device that strengthens weak cellular signals to deliver higher quality signals for voice, data and video reception on cell phones being used indoors or in vehicles.

Unlike competing technologies, CelLynx's patent-pending 5BARz technology does not require any installation, outside antennas or cables. It capitalizes on widespread customer dissatisfaction with indoor and vehicular cell phone coverage, and on the phenomenal worldwide growth of voice, data and video applications on cellular networks.
