Evotech Management Corporation ("EMC"), a global strategic management consulting and merchant banking firm, has been engaged by AVEC to develop a comprehensive plan and assist AVEC to enter China.

AVEC's advanced next generation energy technologies that have unlimited potential in industrial and commercial energy-related applications are best suited to address China's need for energy efficient technology.
