About the Speaker
Victoria Livschitz is the Founder & CEO of Grid Dynamics Consulting Services. An award-winning entrepreneur and innovator, she has been an industry authority in the fields of Java, Grid and Cloud Computing for over 15 years. Prior to founding Grid Dynamics in 2006, Livschitz served for 10 years at Sun Microsystems, as a Principal Technologist with leadership roles in System Engineering, Professional Services, Product Development and Research. Prior to Sun, she worked at Ford Motors as a High Performance Computing Engineer. Among her pioneering achievements are industry-first architecture design systems such as the first Java-based Factory Automation for General Motors, the first real-time fraud detection system for Visa and the first commercial Cloud Compute Utility offering for Sun Microsystems.
