Michael Harris, the Company's President & COO, has been appointed President & CEO. Philip C. Deck, the Company's CEO, has been appointed Executive Chairman and continues in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Messrs. Deck and Harris continue their full-time commitments to the success of MKS and their successful partnership in guiding the profitable organic growth strategy that has positioned MKS at the forefront of the Application Lifecycle Management market. The changes are intended to address the evolution of their roles over the past few years, to clarify reporting relationships internally and externally and to allow Mr. Deck, who continues to be MKS' largest shareholder, to increase his focus on the strategic aspects of MKS's growth.
