WILLEMSTAD, CURACAO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/04/09 -- Hyatt Regency Curaçao Golf Resort, Spa & Marina, soon to be Curaçao's newest luxury resort, is taking reservations for stays beginning March 2010 and beyond. Located at Santa Barbara Plantation, a 1,500-acre luxury resort community, the four-star beachfront resort will feature 350 luxuriously appointed rooms with uninterrupted views of the water, white sand beaches, Hyatt Pure spa, full-service marina, extensive meeting space and the island's only 18-hole championship resort golf course designed by Pete Dye. A private enclave of four beach bungalows will also be available.

With something for every traveler, Hyatt Regency Curaçao will offer options that include teeing off at the Old Quarry, an 18-hole, Pete Dye designed, championship golf course, getting fit at the StayFit@Hyatt fitness center, playing tennis on one of the many courts, cycling or pounding the pavement on the jogging paths or getting wet at the marina through various water sports.

Guests will enjoy three different restaurants, each featuring dishes inspired from indigenous ingredients and techniques. Medi will specialize in Mediterranean cuisine and have an exhibition kitchen. The Swim Pool Bar & Grill will offer traditional bar fare with a Pan Latino influence and the golf club grill, Shor, will be an American seafood grill featuring the freshest ingredients presented in a contemporary way.
