Printronix Supports Europe, Middle East and Africa With Addition of Resources for Sales and Marketing Efforts
New Regional Resources to Support Vision of Company and Drive Business Forward

PARIS -- (Marketwire) -- 01/05/10 -- Printronix Inc., a leading industrial and business printing solutions manufacturer, announces the addition of resources for sales and marketing in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The new resources arrange the EMEA organization into business zones designed to provide the highest level of support and commitment to Printronix and TallyGenicom customers and prospects.

"The acquisition of TallyGenicom the line matrix and laser printer businesses made Printronix the go-to company for industrial printing in these regions," said Claus Hinge, vice president, EMEA sales and marketing, Printronix. "With our additional resources we will be able to better support our channel partners and end user customers to meet the increasing demand for our printing solutions. During 2010, we'll focus our efforts on growing sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We believe they represent a tremendous growth opportunity for line matrix and thermal printing. This increase in resources is only the beginning; we'll be adding more programs throughout the year."

Scott Paul Leach joins the EMEA team as the director of sales for the Middle East and Africa. He is based in the new Printronix sales office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Leach will lead our focused business development with the support of two new sales offices in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa and Lagos, Nigeria. To contact these offices, visit the Printronix Web site.

By organizing into business zones, the EMEA sales and marketing organization will be able to provide Printronix and TallyGenicom customers and partners with enhanced customer service, increased support for marketing initiatives and additional partner programs. The new regional support will be able to create more localized product marketing efforts in support of our partners.
