GyPSii  and Telmap jointly announced a partnership to develop and introduce advanced location-based social networking as part of Telmap’s Mobile Location Companion.

As part of the cooperation, Telmap will introduce social networking and user-generated content, to the Telmap5 Mobile Location Companion using GyPSii’s Open API, OpenExperience™. Telmap5 will offer users access to all their networks of friends across social networks including Facebook and Twitter.
