Combining Oracle OpenWorld, PeopleSoft Connect and Retek World, three conferences in one, the largest ever OpenWorld event yet opened this weekend and continues through Thursday, September 22, 2005 at San Francisco's Moscone Center.
"This is truly our biggest event in Oracle history and we're excited to host thousands of customers, partners and prospects at this year's conference," said Oracle Marketing Vice President, Karen Gainey.
"At OpenWorld, attendees will learn about the value of adaptability and insight, Oracle's leadership in grid computing and service-oriented architecture, as well as how Oracle is helping customers and partners compete in the information age," Gainey said.
Attendees this year will have access to more than 800 sessions, said Gainey, as well as hundreds of partner exhibitions, numerous networking events and user-group activities designed around themes including Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Applications and Oracle Database and Grid technologies.
Highlights of this year's conference include keynote addresses from Oracle executives including Charles Phillips, John Wookey, Chuck Rozwat and Larry Ellison. SYS-CON Media's News Desks as always will bring you full coverage of those during the week.
