Speaker Bios:
George Gerchow is Director of VMware's Center for Policy & Compliance. He brings 17 years of Information Technology and Systems Management expertise to the application of IT processes and disciplines that impact the security, compliance and operational status of complex, heterogeneous, virtual and cloud computing environments. His practical experience and insight from managing the infrastructures of some of the world's largest corporate and government institutions makes him a highly regarded speaker and invited panelist on topics including Virtualization, ITSM\ITIL, Configuration Management, Operational and Security & compliance. Gerchow is also an IANS Faculty member and holds CISSP, ITIL, Cisco and Microsoft Certifications.

Tom McAndrew is Executive Vice President of Professional Services at Coalfire Systems, Inc. He is a leading expert on compliance in virtual and cloud computing environments. He presented at VMWorld 2010 in the U.S. and Europe on compliance challenges and solutions for virtual environments. He has also presented on a variety of information security topics for the Federal Trade Commission, State Agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and other information security and audit organizations such as the IIA, ISACA, and the ISSA. He is the current President of the Seattle chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA).
