cloudhosting14 wrote: As you would already know that managed hosting itself is another form of Cloud hosting in which the system administrations of servers is looked upon by the CPs. Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. For me, it is all of those things plus a time when I u...

Secure Outcomes Announces 50th Order for LS1100 Digital Livescan Fingerprinting System

Secure Outcomes Inc. announced today it has received its 50th order for its new technology LS1100 digital livescan fingerprinting system.

The announcement was made at the biannual INTERPOL International Symposium on Fingerprints in Lyon, France where Secure Outcomes CEO Jack Harper was exhibiting the LS1100 and delivering a technical presentation titled, “Successfully Capturing Difficult Forensic Fingerprints with 21st Century Digital Livescan: A comparison with Ink and Paper.”

The conference was attended by heads of government fingerprinting activities for over 200 governments around the world. Harper’s presentation was based on data collected by the LS1100.

The LS1100 system collects, archives and transmits forensic fingerprint sets collected by law enforcement and federal agencies. LS1100 customers use the fully FBI certified system across the United States.

The LS1100 is the world’s most affordable, compact and integrated forensic fingerprinting system. Unlike competing systems, the LS1100 has no external wires, mouse, keyboard or foot pedal. The custom software control system has been designed from the beginning to power a color touchscreen-based graphical user interface in any of nine human languages at the touch of a finger for extreme ease of use.

The LS1100 with its database capability was recently introduced to the market after an intensive development and commercialization effort. The system is designed to operate anywhere in the world and is 100% programmed in Common Lisp, the artificial intelligence applications development language.

Harper said, “Our original design goals centered on building the smallest, easiest to use, and, especially, the most cost effective digital livescan fingerprinting system on this planet. The LS1100 uses our proprietary patents-pending control software to efficiently collect and archive fingerprint sets and to transmit those prints to state, federal and international law enforcement agencies to feed national forensic databases and to provide fast positive identification and rap sheets back to local law enforcement.

“We are proud that the LS1100 costs less than half that of competing systems, which means that we have brought the cost of digital livescan down to the level where virtually any law enforcement agency in the world can afford state-of-the-art digital fingerprinting. We are delighted to have reached this ‘first fifty’-order milestone and are very happy with the market reception. For example, we now have about a 20% market share in the state of Arkansas – these are excellent results after starting at zero just a few months ago,” Harper said.
