Jun. 21, 2006 05:30 AM
Teleformix, developer of CRM / eCRM Enterprise-Class Software applications for the Banking, Financial Services and Marketing industries announced the release of ECHO 2.6.
ECHO is a browser-based digital and VoIP recording solution – with an integrated CRM tool – designed to record, evaluate, monitor and archive all customer interactions. While ECHO has always integrated seamlessly with Avaya’s Definity G3 R/Si and the S8700 series servers, it’s now also fully compatible with Cisco switches.
ECHO 2.6 introduces a broad spectrum of Web Services to provide a truly Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) allowing integration with any web services enabled platform. This version also provides a modular permissions assignment tool to facilitate flexible user access, and optional encrypted Screen Capture campaigns to provide the highest level of security while still allowing efficient transfer of information.
ECHO’s added Web Services include Integration, Management and Analytic service modules. Each module addresses a set of needs and capabilities. The Integration service module provides application level management; the Management services module provides provisioning and platform management, giving system integrators and developers access to the entire platform without having to access the web front-end; the Analytics module provides detailed reporting and analytic data, as well as including call events and call detail records which in turn enables the development of CTI solutions.
Teleformix offers a comprehensive range of competitively priced software solutions designed to manage today’s business transaction challenges by optimizing performance and providing a rapid ROI. Teleformix offers customizable and highly scalable solutions to seamlessly integrate into any existing business architecture.
