PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Heffler Claims Administration ("Heffler") is proud to announce that Elizabeth Graham King, Esq., Mark P. Rapazzini Esq., and James R. Prutsman, MBA have joined the firm as shareholders.  Graham King, Rapazzini, and Prutsman will be responsible for strategic direction and consulting with attorney clients in consumer, antitrust, securities, mass tort, and labor and employment cases.

Graham King and Rapazzini have over 50 years of combined experience as class action and mass tort attorneys and as settlement administration professionals. Prior to joining Heffler, Graham King and Rapazzini were Senior Vice Presidents at Rust Consulting.  Before then, they founded RG2 Claims Administration ("RG2").  At RG2, Graham King served as President and led client development and strategic direction, including oversight of class action settlements in a variety of practice areas. Rapazzini served as the Chief Operating Officer at RG2 and was responsible for all aspects of business development and strategic direction.

Prior to joining RG2, Graham King dedicated 20 years in the areas of class action, mass tort, and complex-product liability litigation, including the past 10 years in complex litigation management.  Rapazzini has more than 25 years of legal experience in cases including class actions and mass torts, with an emphasis in commercial litigation matters.

Graham King holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. John's University in New York, and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.  She is admitted to the California Bar, the 4th Circuit, the 9th Circuit and the District Courts for Northern and Southern Districts of California.

Rapazzini holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.  He is admitted to the State of California Bar, the U.S. Courts of Appeal 9th Circuit and 4th Circuit, the U.S. Northern District Court of California, Central District Court of California, Eastern District Court of California and Southern District Court of California. 

Prutsman has over 15 years of experience in class action settlement administration and has consulted with clients on the successful administration of some of the nation's largest class action settlements. He has special expertise in IT-based solutions and has handled critical communication situations resulting from company recalls, data breaches and corporate announcements. Most recently, Prutsman served as a Senior Vice President at Rust Consulting. Before then, Prutsman was a Vice President for Epiq Systems, Inc., where he led the technology steering committee and provided expert consulting services to clients.

Prior to working in the Class Action industry, Prutsman worked as an Information Systems Analyst for a financial services organization in Portland, Oregon.
