Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Telecom Salary Comparisons, Focus on Stability Revealed in Light Reading's Latest Survey Report

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Forty-seven percent of Tier 1 service providers say their companies are well-positioned for the future,  but it could be said that their confidence is eroding, according to according to Light Reading's latest worldwide salary survey.  Light Reading's 2012/2013 Salary Report is available free to registered users at:

Last year, when Tier 1 Service Providers were asked how their companies are positioned for the future, 54% said as much. However, this year, the theme is stability. Even though we're still in the teeth of a tough economy, a full 75 percent of those surveyed say they expect the head count in their department to stay the same or grow in the next 12 months.

This report breaks down the survey takers by salary, age, and years of experience, while offering some geographical slices around pay and conditions. This report is keen to lock onto employees' attitudes toward their employers and to note how technical advances have changed recruiting trends among the biggest telecom firms.
