(NASDAQ: CHRM) ("Charm" or the "Company"), a leading advertising agency in China, today announced that its annual general meeting (the "AGM") of shareholders will be held at the offices of Latham & Watkins, 18th Floor, One Exchange Square, Central, Hong Kong, Hong Kong S.A.R., at 9:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time on November 28, 2012. 

No agenda items are expected to require shareholder vote and therefore, a proxy is not enclosed with this notice. Attendees at the AGM will also not be voting on any matters, whether in person or otherwise. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") to discuss Company affairs with management. 

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Directors") has fixed the close of business on November 15, 2012 as the record date (the "Record Date") for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of record of the Company's common shares at the close of business on the Record Date are entitled to attend the AGM and any adjournment or postponement thereof in person. Beneficial owners of the Company's ADSs are also welcome to attend the AGM in person.
