Innotrac Selected by Fashion Retailer dots for its launch into eCommerce

ATLANTA, Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ: INOC), a best-of-breed commerce provider integrating digital technology, fulfillment, and contact center solutions, today announced that fashion retailer dots has selected Innotrac to provide eCommerce fulfillment and call center solutions.

The Ohio-based retailer opened its first store in 1987 to great success, opening multiple locations throughout the Midwest, the East Coast, and the South soon after.  In the late 90's, dots developed sourcing and production capabilities around a fast fashion model to bring the most current trends to their customers.  At the start of the new millennium, the retailer continued to develop a brand targeted toward fashion-conscious women, leading to the launch of the dots product label in 2008.  They currently operate over 400 stores nationwide.

"dots has done an amazing job of building a brand their customers love," said Larry Hanger, Senior Vice President of Client Services.  "We're very excited to work with them as they expand into eCommerce.  We've seen a consistent commitment to providing a superior customer experience in the dots brand journey, and this phase is no different.  dots has set a clear goal to deliver an omni-channel experience to their customers and we are proud to support them in achieving this goal."

"Launching an eCommerce site is a very exciting milestone for us," said dots Director of eCommerce Clayton Smith.  "We want to deliver a seamless, 360 degree brand and customer experience, irrespective of where or when she shops.  As we have gone through the process of developing the eCommerce site, we knew Innotrac would be the perfect partner for us as we open our largest store yet.  We chose this partnership because of Innotrac's superb reputation with customer service, partnerships and collaboration."

Innotrac will leverage its fast-fashion apparel expertise to provide direct-to-consumer fulfillment, returns processing, and high-touch customer care for dots.  As a part of its best-of-breed solution, Innotrac integrated with MICROS-Retail's Open Commerce Platform.

dots' eCommerce store launched at the beginning of November, in time for the holiday season.
