Radiant Zemax Establishes a Korea Subsidiary with Headquarters in Seoul

Radiant Zemax, LLC, today announced it has established a Korean subsidiary with headquarters in Seoul. Radiant Zemax Korea provides sales and technical applications engineering support for the Radiant Zemax global customer base and Korean channel partners. Radiant Zemax has supported its client base in Korea through a Distributor network for nearly a decade. Along with the recently announced formation of Radiant Zemax Europe and Radiant Zemax China, the establishment of a subsidiary in Korea further expands the company’s global presence.

“Korea is a critically important market for Radiant Zemax products, especially in meeting the growing needs for production testing solutions for flat panel displays and lighting systems,” said Paul Caragher, president and CEO of Radiant Zemax. “We are pleased to expand our presence in Korea. The new subsidiary will enhance our ability to locally provide systems and services that deliver superior value along with our exceptional level of application support. That’s our commitment to both current and future customers.”

Radiant Zemax Korea, LLC, will support customer and partner applications in the display, lighting and related industries with local, hands-on expertise for R&D and production installations in Korea. The long-range goal is to establish local operations for customers in key geographic markets. Local repair and calibration facilities will significantly reduce the time and cost associated with these services. Radiant Zemax has developed a substantial customer base in Korea and foresees continued and rapid expansion.
