TMone, pronounced T-M-one, is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that is in the business of domestic business services outsourcing. TMone is seeking to hire immediately for 200 full-time, permanent positions in Spearfish, S.D., and Iowa City, Iowa. All of TMone's jobs are filled in the Heartland of America. TMone's growth is a direct result of supporting some of the biggest brands in the NASCAR garage. Spearfish, S.D., is ideally situated in the scenic valley of Spearfish Creek and at the mouth of Spearfish Canyon. Known as the Queen City, Spearfish is surrounded by three prominent mountain peaks – Lookout Mountain, Spearfish Mountain, and Crow Peak, which form a "crown" circling the city. The community, which is in the Black Hills, is a focal point for tourism, is rich in history, arts and is near Sturgis and the Mount Rushmore National and Crazy Horse Memorials. With Spearfish's resort-like natural setting, its business, educational, and cultural opportunities, it is a wonderful place to visit and to live.

Offering big-city amenities along with small-town hospitality, Iowa City, Iowa has it all. Nestled in the heart of the Midwest in east, central Iowa, it has long served as a locus for culture, education, variety and fun. Whether a first-time visitor or a native returning home, you will discover this place is one where tradition comfortably exists alongside change. The economy is based upon thriving commerce, a major university (University of Iowa Hawkeyes) and a number of national and international businesses, including several Fortune 500 companies. Iowa City was listed as the second-best small metro area for business/careers in Forbes Magazine in 2008 and has a vibrant downtown pedestrian mall that is impossible to forget

"TMone is proud to have sponsored one or more cars in each race this season and to participate in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship Weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway," said TMone Co-Founder and President Anthony Marlowe. A special thanks goes to David Reutimann for making some extra special primary runs and memories for us this year. Our final run is to spread the message that we are recruiting immediately for job placement for our Business Process Outsourcing company."

TMone has supported one or more NSCS teams in every event this season and backed TBR in 24 of the 36-race season. Reutimann made 20 starts with TBR this season resulting in a best finish of 11th at Daytona International Speedway in July.

"TMone has been a great sponsor for us all season," explained Tommy Baldwin. "We're happy to promote that they are hiring for both their Spearfish and Iowa City locations on the NASCAR platform."

Reutimann will hit the track Friday, November 16 for practice and qualifying and race Sunday, November 18 with coverage on ESPN at 2 p.m. EST.

About Tommy Baldwin Racing:

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) Crew Chief Tommy Baldwin formed Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) in 2009. Baldwin utilized a declining economy to open a NSCS team with a stringent budget. The team worked to build to full-time competition, and by the 2011 season, the team's third season, TBR competed in every race and locked the No. 36 Chevrolet in the top-35 in NSCS Owner Points. Dave Blaney drove the No. 36 Chevrolet to TBR's highest finish of third in the October 2011 event at Talladega Superspeedway. TBR also fielded a second car for select races in the past two seasons with multiple drivers.

Based in Mooresville, N.C., TBR will compete in the NSCS in 2012 with NASCAR veterans David Reutimann and Dave Blaney. The team will also compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series with Ryan Blaney, Bobby Santos and Ryan Truex.
