FNB Bancorp Announces Hiring of Arlie Ferguson for Sunnyvale LPO

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/20/12 -- Arlie Ferguson has been hired to manage the First National Bank of Northern California ("FNB Norcal") (OTCQB: FNBG) loan production office located at 425 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale, California.

Ferguson has a proven track record of driving growth through developing high-net-worth client relationships, launching new products and services, and building high-performance teams. Ferguson brings to FNB Norcal an extensive resume of executive-level experience.
