Based in the firm's Radnor, PA office, Ivy brings an expertise in the highly complex rules and regulations under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.  She creates, implements and terminates employee benefit plans for the firm's highly regarded base of emerging growth and middle-market clients, and performs due diligence with respect to employee benefits matters in merger and acquisition transactions.  Ivy also is a leader in counseling clients regarding the myriad issues associated with, and the coming changes resulting from, health care reform.  An integral part of SorinRand's tax practice, her practice areas include: corporate tax; partnership tax; limited liability companies; tax credit finance; S corporations; tax exempt organizations; and succession planning.

In addition to her day-to-day practice, Ivy is a frequent author and speaker on issues pertaining to employee benefits and executive compensation.  She earned her juris doctor from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1998 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Ivy completed her bachelor's degree at Frostburg State University, graduating cum laude in 1994.
