Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. Kentucky Derby Museum's Affirmed Lounge Newest Feature Of "Derby Experiences" 2013

Expanding Travel/Experience Program Taking Advantage of Special Churchill Downs Venue to Accommodate Fan Interests

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Affirmed Lounge, named after the sport's most recent Triple Crown winner (1978), will be added to the array of hospitality venues available through "Derby Experiences," the Churchill Downs travel/experience program for fans to experience Kentucky Derby race week in a special way.

The 139th running of the $2 million guaranteed Kentucky Derby® Presented by Yum! Brands is set for Saturday, May 4, 2013 with the $1 million Kentucky Oaks® – the Derby's sister race for fillies – on Friday, May 3.

The new hospitality attraction will feature appearances by a celebrity jockey, live wagering tellers, multiple simulcast TV monitors, complimentary lunch buffet (11a.m.-4p.m.), unlimited beer and wine and private restrooms in a beautifully-appointed, climate-controlled venue.

Access to the Affirmed Lounge is part of the Orange Grandstand Package, detailed at www.DerbyExperiences.com.  The four-day/three-night arrangement includes a ticket to the celebrity-studded Thursday night Taste of Derby™ party, one of the week's most prominent gatherings.  Other benefits include free breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express South, tickets in the third floor grandstand for both Friday and Saturday, ground transportation to and from the track and VIP Fast Access Pass into the facility. Gift bags are included, trip directors lead the way and the packages are customizable according to personal preferences. The package is available without hotel for $1,799.  Information is also available toll-free at (888) 384-7088.

"Derby Experiences" has sold out every year since the program was established in 2008 to offer individual fans, groups and corporations official packages of travel, accommodations, tickets, tourism attractions and amenities for Derby Week.  The program has increased the Derby's economic impact on Greater Louisville by exposing fans to regional destinations in addition to Churchill Downs.

"Derby Experiences" includes a wide variety of Official packages ranging in price from $799 to $11,599.  Customizable packages include a variety of products and services including tickets to the Oaks and Derby, hotel rooms, ground transportation, fast access passes, in-track hospitality party centers with live entertainment, celebrity jockeys and food and beverage service, horse farm tours, distillery tours and more.

For the first time, "Derby Experiences" will offer the all-new "Derby Bus Tour," comfortable regional round-trip transportation aboard lavish motor coaches to/from the Chicago and Indianapolis areas and Louisville.

QuintEvents' Derby Experiences® is the Official Experience Package Provider to Churchill Downs® for the Kentucky Derby® and the Kentucky Oaks®. Check www.quintevents.com for other Official Partnership brands.
