TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into by Staff of the Commission and Robert Patrick Zuk in the above named matter. The hearing will be held on December 5, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at the temporary offices of ASAP Reporting Services, Suite 900, 333 Bay Street, Toronto, in the North Arbitration Room. A copy of the Notice of Hearing dated December 4, 2012 is available at www.osc.gov.on.ca
