ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Timeshare Cancellation expert, Attorney Susan Budowski has expanded her services from Florida to 40 countries. Ms. Budowski was admitted to The Law Society of England and Wales on August 1, 2012 as an English Solicitor allowing her to practice law in nearly 40 countries.
Budowski receives inquiries from all over the world and until now could only help Timeshare victims who had ties to Florida. "I am excited to be able to assist timeshare victims on this scale; listening to the desperation and frustration, asking me 'how to Cancel My Timeshare' it was disappointing not to be able to help," Budowski said.
Qualifications and licensing are critical to being successful resolving these complicated timeshare matters. Budowski recommends always utilizing a licensed attorney or law firm. Last year the Massachusetts Attorney General issued injunctions against several "cancellation companies" who were scamming consumers, they weren't attorneys or law firms. She issued the following statement to consumers:
"A consumer who has a problem with their timeshare may contact our Office, or consult with a licensed attorney. Consumers should be wary of persons who are unlicensed to provide legal advice, or who guarantee legal results," said Massachusetts Attorney General Coakley.
There are many companies offering unlicensed legal advice touting to be able to cancel your timeshare, unfortunately consumers end up paying more to these so called "cancellation companies" than they would have to a licensed professional. Then find out they just signed up for an overpriced "do it yourself" campaign. The consumer is relegated to send form letters themselves. These companies don't negotiate on your behalf nor can they bring litigation if necessary.
To provide consumers professional advice, Budowski added real time consultation scheduling available all over the world through her website www.mytimeshareattorney.com. She provides the initial consultation at no charge to educate consumers to avoid being scammed and determine if she can help them with their timeshare matter. She conveys to potential clients, "if I do not feel I can help you obtain a positive resolution, I will not take your case."
