On November 28, 2012, the Company issued a news release stating that it intended to release its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results on the morning of Thursday, December 13, 2012, and had scheduled a conference call to begin later that day. The Company now intends to release its second quarter fiscal year 2013 results at approximately 7:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 20, 2012 and will announce shortly the conference call to occur later that same day.
