Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. LMG Holdings Announces The Acquisition of Guardian Interlock Systems

CINCINNATI, Dec. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LMG Holdings, Inc. (previously known as LifeSafer Holdings, Inc.), today announced that it has successfully acquired Guardian Interlock Systems.  Guardian is a leading manufacturer and provider of ignition interlock devices and services and operates through more than 339 locations across the United States.  The multiple interlock businesses that will now comprise LMG Holdings will provide consumers with increased ignition interlock product options at more than 1,100 locations, across 45 states.

Guardian Interlock Systems, based in Marietta, Georgia has been a leading provider of interlock devices and related services for more than 27 years.  Guardian presently provides ignition interlock services in 26 states.  Following the acquisition, Guardian will operate as an independent business with its own senior management and board of directors.  "We are excited to have Guardian as part of the LMG family" stated Craig Armstrong President and CEO of LMG, Holdings.  "The acquisition of Guardian emphasizes our commitment to the ignition interlock industry and our strong belief in providing the public with interlock options vis-à-vis our multiple brands".  Guardian will operate independently of LMG's other interlock businesses that include LifeSafer and Monitech and will maintain their experienced management team.  "Guardian's mission is to keep intoxicated drivers off our roads by providing the technology to help DUI offenders become responsible drivers. This acquisition allows Guardian to continue that mission, providing leadership in the interlock industry of tomorrow." said Roy Sheram, President and CEO of Guardian.

About Ignition Interlock Devices

Ignition interlock devices are installed in an automobile or other motor vehicle to prevent the vehicle from being started when the driver has an unacceptable amount of alcohol in their system.  Many states across the country require the use of an ignition interlock device after someone is convicted of 'Driving Under the Influence – DUI' or a similar offense.  The use of an interlock device is now mandated in some fashion for first-time offenders in 23 states, up from six states just five years ago.  There are numerous widely regarded studies that have concluded that ignition interlock devices have a significant impact in reducing repeat DUI offenses.  Supporters of ignition interlock devices include MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving.  At present, it is estimated there are approximately 275,000 ignition interlock devices installed in vehicles in the United States.

About LMG Holdings

LMG Holdings, based in Cincinnati, Ohio is the leading provider of ignition interlock devices in the United States.  LMG's holdings include LifeSafer, Monitech Ignition Interlock Systems and Guardian Interlock Systems.  The individual companies provide different interlock products and services through their individual distribution networks.
