(previously known as LifeSafer Holdings, Inc.), today announced that it has successfully acquired Guardian Interlock Systems.  Guardian is a leading manufacturer and provider of ignition interlock devices and services and operates through more than 339 locations across the United States.  The multiple interlock businesses that will now comprise LMG Holdings will provide consumers with increased ignition interlock product options at more than 1,100 locations, across 45 states.
