Georges Laraque Management Inc. will be assisting the Company in Marketing and Branding all of the Natural Health Products designed by Abattis . As partial consideration for Georges Laraque Management Inc. entering into this agreement and providing services thereunder, the Company agreed to issue 150,000 shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.10/share. The shares will be subject to a 4 month hold period as required by applicable securities laws.
