Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. EF Education First and Erasmus Student Network Launch the World's Premier Global Internship

ZURICH, January 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Today, EF Education First, the world's largest private education company, launched its 4th annual Global Intern competition in partnership with the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). Students from around the globe will compete for the world's premier global internship, a paid position sending the winner to three world-class destinations: EF's headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland; one of EF's 50+ offices anywhere in the world; and ESN's headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. This highly sought 6-month position will provide international work experience needed to stand out in today's competitive job market.

Since 2010, the Global Intern competition has become EF's most ambitious recruiting campaign, yielding up to 20,000 applicants from more than 150 countries each year. An international panel of EF and ESN judges will select this year's winner based on the candidate's CV and personal video. "We're looking for candidates who embody the values of EF and who demonstrate open-mindedness, curiosity about the world and an adventurous spirit," said Iris Hormann, president of EF Language Courses Abroad. "Our Global Intern will not only take their career to the next level but build an international network for life."

Last year's winner, Maria Chiara Muglia of Italy, impressed the competition jury with her sleek submission video and her graduate thesis on sound branding. She was a perfect fit for EF's marketing department, where she worked on a video project that sent her on a road-trip to 8 of EF's North American schools, EF's Zurich headquarters and EF's office in Bangalore, India.

Students can follow in Maria's footsteps by applying online at http://www.ef.com/globalintern on or before 31 March 2013. Applicants to the global position will be considered for internships with EF in their home countries.
