(PINKSHEETS: ACYD) In the second week of rebuilding the company's management capability, American Community Development Group Inc. announces it has retained the investment banking firm Street Capital and has launched their new business model that is summarized on ACYD's web site.

Retaining Street Capital is the first accomplishment that insures ACYD's successful execution of the new business model. The second accomplishment is ACYD, through Street Capital's efforts, has begun a liabilities transaction that satisfies the majority of ACYD's liabilities. The new business model reflects ACYD's continual commitment to incorporate "social responsibility" to portions of the affordable housing industry and as a Holding Company, acquire businesses that indicate significant revenue contributions potential. ACYD will now also provide select transitional housing program services directly to the clients by way of our new innovative secondary recovery program. The Company's clients include those that are received from not for profit's primary recovery programs so that they are able to again become self sufficient while being in an environment that is conducive to accomplish this. Hotels are the preferred multi-family property to house ACYD's clients in the new business model. For more details on the new business model, visit ACYD's web site, www.acdginc.com, and select the revised Investor Relations tab. The remainder of ACYD's web site and other publically available company descriptions will be updated as time permits.

ACYD will issue press releases as they achieve their goals in moving the company forward on behalf of both the company and its shareholders. Also, Cleartrust, ACYD's transfer agent, encourages ACYD's shareholders to please report their current contact information including address, phone number(s) and email address to inbox@cleartrusttransfer.com.
