AVON, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 01/28/13 -- Jenne, Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, unified communications, data networking and security and surveillance products, announced it has recruited Neil Sidorak as the company's new controller.

With more than 16 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Sidorak will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts for Jenne's growing business. Additionally, he will be managing Jenne's accounting team of accounting professionals, each of which will report to him. Sidorak will also oversee all of Jenne's financial transactions, including financial and budgetary reporting to executive management. He will report to Rick Coan, senior vice president of finance.

Prior to joining Jenne, Sidorak held senior accounting and financial roles at Maloney + Novotny LLC (formerly Hausser + Taylor LLC) in Cleveland, Ohio. As senior manager there, he oversaw the financial, internal control and compliance audits for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate, and hedge and pension fund industries. He was also responsible for the supervision, review and tax planning of approximately 65 tax engagements, including corporate, partnership, personal, state and local, and benefit plan returns.
