Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

In many cases, the end of the year gives you time to step back and take stock of the last 12 months. This is when many of us take a hard look at what worked and what did not, complete performance reviews, and formulate plans for the coming year. Parents Blow up to £150 a Year Replacing Lost School Uniform, Says New Research

LONDON, February 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

With the current school year midpoint about to be reached this week, new research from label specialists My Nametags  shows that the average family could spent up to £150 this school year replacing lost school uniform… yet 64% of parents don't bother to use name tags to prevent this.

My Nametags' research (based on over 980 interviews undertaken by Google Consumer Surveys) reveals that nearly half surveyed estimate that parents spend over £100 on lost school uniform each year (including  30% who expect to spend over £150): this is equivalent the cost of the average family's food shopping for two weeks {recent research published in the Daily Mail says a weekly shop is about £77}.

Given the cost of uniforms, failing to label clothes will ultimately cost a two-child family over £1,000 in replacement clothing as their children pass through primary and secondary schools.

Lars Andersen, Managing Director of My Nametags says "Unlabelled uniform may languish in the school's lost property box, but they often don't even end up there.  Much uniform disappears when it is inadvertently taken home by other children.  Labels cost the same as a couple of pairs of socks, yet through the small effort of using name tags in children's  clothing, parents will feel the financial benefits throughout the year."

The survey shows that around 64% of families don't use name tags for their children's school uniform. With nametags costing around £11, this can lead to a significant saving on replacing school uniform.

Around 20% of those questioned with children said they regularly lose items of school clothing, highlighting this problem.

Full details of the research by My Nametags can be viewed online by clicking here.

My Nametags' findings reinforce similar research conducted by supermarket giant Sainsbury's.  It found that British primary school children lose £187m worth of school uniform each year. The Sainsbury's research discovered that 71% of school children had lost a school jumper and 47% had missing PE Kit items. This amounts to an average of seven items per family lost every year.

My Nametags has recently launched their My Nametags Colour Stickers. These name labels provide personalised full colour stickers to label almost everything, from clothes to toys and equipment. These name tags can suit all types of school uniform items and are in full colour, providing a cheap way to reduce the cost of replacing school uniform. To order visit: http://www.mynametags.com
