Crescent Resources Changes Name of Tampa Multifamily Property to "Crescent Bayshore"

TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As the popularity of apartment living continues to surge nationwide, Crescent Resources is changing the name of its landmark multifamily development in Tampa from "Circle" to "Crescent," more closely aligning with Crescent's overall emphasis on community building and innovative design in all of its developments. The official name change takes place in conjunction with the Feb. 13 groundbreaking ceremony for its $68 million Crescent Bayshore apartment community.
