Stan Friedman Joins FRM Solutions as President

ATLANTA, Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- FRM Solutions, a technology solutions provider specializing in franchise relationship management, has named franchising veteran Stan Friedman as its President. Friedman has more than 24 years of experience in the franchising world.

"I am thrilled by the opportunity that has been entrusted to me and am really excited by the prospects.  My primary focus will be on helping franchisors better manage their relationships with prospective and existing franchisees by utilizing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform" said Friedman.  "Whether they currently have no system, a less-friendly system, or more expensive system, my goal is to shed light on the solutions that we can deliver - all with excellent customer satisfaction."

Friedman brings two decades of franchise experience and leadership to the FRM team.  He is a founding board member of the International Franchise Association's (IFA) Diversity Institute, where he has served as First Vice-Chairman since its inception.  In 2011, the IFA honored Friedman with its coveted Ronald E. Harrison Diversity Award, previously awarded only seven times in the IFA's history. Friedman is also one of a short list of IFA members recruited to participate in the IFA's FranShip Mentoring Program.

"Stan is an amazing addition to the FRM Solutions team," said Eric Stoll, CEO of FRM Solutions.  "I'm most excited about enhancing our team with Stan's experience.  FRM Solutions is in a strong technology position with great brands on our customer list.  A year from now, we'll look back on this moment as the pivotal decision that propels our product to the next level."

Friedman also chairs the Advisory Board for (PAFI) The Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative,  a collaborative involving the IFA and several of its members, involved with educating twilight year athletes to opportunities in franchising.  Friedman also sits on the board of the Southeast Franchise Forum (SEFF)  where he chairs their Programming Committee.  The Southeast Franchise Forum is the International Franchise Association's Atlanta-based (FBN) Franchise Business Network affiliate.

About FRM Solutions: Based in Atlanta, Georgia, FRM Solutions offers franchisors the ability to manage their relationship with their franchises. FRM Solutions is built on the industry's leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, and can be customized for each franchisor based on their specific needs. The platform is supported by a worldwide network of Microsoft partners –making the software solution more flexible for franchisors. FRM Solutions has completed hundreds of CRM deployments over the past 10 years.

FRM Solutions is a proud member of the International Franchise Association Supplier Forum, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, and a past nominee for Gartner's CRM Excellence Award.
