An Eclipse member since its inception, Oracle's increased role further demonstrates the company's efforts to help drive open source innovations and furthers its commitment to the developer community. Oracle's increased role in the Eclipse community also includes a new proposal to open source its Oracle(R) TopLink technology, a component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, through the Eclipse Foundation.
