(August 7, 2002) - XAware, Inc. has announced the availability of XA-Suite for .NET, an enhanced version of XA-Suite that provides XML-based data integration functionality for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. XA-Suite for .NET empowers application developers or database architects with a visual drag-and-drop interface for quickly developing dynamic views from disparate data sources residing on Windows, Java/J2EE, or mainframe platforms. It eliminates data migration, formatting, conversion, and business-rule processing issues, resulting in dramatically reduced cost of deploying new applications. XA-Suite for .Net complements Microsoft's data access technology, ADO.NET, a powerful developer model for manipulating hierarchical data. XA-Suite manages the complexities of this data, letting client-side developers access data from any data source. XA-Suite's bi-directional access features allow programmers to rapidly link databases or disparate data sources from over 150 data formats, including legacy applications. The drag and drop user interface is designed to eliminate coding as developers design complex read/write operations using XML views. XA-Suite for .NET is based on the successful XA-Suite currently used by developers of integrated enterprise applications and Web services in the financial services, government, telecommunication, and information infrastructure management industries. XA-Suite consists of a scalable, dynamic XML Server, and an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), which together enable companies to represent their data sources in XML views in real time and on demand. XA-Suite was developed using more than 20 industry standards including SOAP, WSDL, XSL, JDBC, and ISAPI. For a limited time, a trial version of XA-Suite for .NET is available as a free download, at www.xaware.com. Reader Feedback: Page 1 of 1
