Software AG and Active Data Exchange Form Alliance

(September 9, 2002) - Software AG, Inc., and Active Data Exchange, Inc., have formed a strategic sales and technology alliance to provide a content distribution management solution across multiple enterprises. The Active Data Exchange content distribution management solution, Active Data Syndicator version 4, fully embeds Tamino, a native XML server from Software AG, enabling customers to aggregate and transform digital content, and distribute it to disparate networks and platforms. The result is faster distribution of information to internal and external customers.
