Mr. Patil was earlier heading the Solutions Division as President -- Global Solutions.

Born in 1966, Mr. Patil started his career as a software engineer in 1987 and later worked for Federated Investors, Inc., one of the largest financial investment firms in the US. His hard work, prudence and pursuit of excellence later enabled him to start his own firms. He spent 15 years in the US during which, he was instrumental in establishing and successfully growing 4 IT companies viz. Expert Resources, Inc. Integral Strategies, Inc, Ventive, LLC and Bay Systems.

In recognition of his pioneering initiatives, Mr. Patil was recognized as a finalist for the prestigious "Ernst and Young -- Entrepreneur of the Year" award in the US.

In October 2004, with a view to secure a leadership position in the global IT sphere, he crafted and executed a successful merger of his companies with UBICS, Inc. an UB Group Company.
