SHANGHAI, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/26/07 -- Valurise Health Solutions Inc. ("VHS") announced today that it has successfully closed its Series A financing from Softbank China & India Holdings ("SBCI"), manager of Softbank's Bodhi Investments LLC fund ("Bodhi" or the "Bodhi Fund").

VHS intends to leverage its management team's operational experience in the health insurance and healthcare management service sectors to set up a one-stop healthcare management solution to benefit end customers. VHS aims to become the leading brand and platform by forming partnerships with hospitals, medical institutions and insurance companies, and developing healthcare management and consulting services.
