Phurnace Software, Inc. announced the general availability of its newest version, Phurnace Deliver 3.1. The latest software version provides IT operations staff with the resources they need to decrease deployment times and associated costs for faster, more cohesive enterprise Java deployments.

"We understand the unique demands put on those responsible for large-scale Java deployments and our goal is to provide individual contributors with the tools they need to be successful."
Phurnace Deliver 3.1 is designed to provide comprehensive support for IT staff and developers during even the most complex enterprise java deployments to decrease errors, streamline deployments and avoid the dreaded "Frankenstein" app server configurations that come with manual or script-based processes.
"Deployment and configuration management for application servers remains a complex task. This is especially true if you're an admin tasked with running multiple versions of the application server and across different applications servers," said Michael Cote, analyst at RedMonk.
