The company announced that Debbie Teo Chew Yam has been named sales manager for Katun's Asia Pacific Business Unit, with responsibility for leading Katun's sales teams serving the entire Asia Pacific region from bases in Singapore, Australia and China.

A veteran manager in business development, customer service, training and consulting, she has held senior positions at several Singapore-based companies, including The Service Quality Centre Pte Ltd.; Lasercare Technology (S) Pte Ltd.; Singapore Press Holdings Limited; and Royal Selangor Pewter. Prior to joining Katun, she was business development manager at Antony Consulting, Singapore, during which time she advised Katun's Asia Pacific business unit on human resources strategies.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and Teochew, she holds an MBA from the University of Hull, England, a graduate diploma in marketing and sales from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, England, and a diploma in training and management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
