Included as a major offering within a customer's enterprise system, Loftware's products serve several vertical markets, including but not limited to, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Many top Fortune 500 and 1000 companies rely on Loftware's enterprise suite of marking solutions to help increase productivity and reduce operating costs throughout their supply chain system.

"We are extremely pleased and excited to join and partner with this new multi disciplinary team," commented Eric Anderson, Loftware's Chief Executive Officer. "With record new software sales and on-going annual maintenance growth achieved in 2004, along with four consecutive years of healthy profitability, this continued expansion will further enhance and accelerate our strategic plans in achieving a much larger share of the enterprise software market within our supply chain niche both in North America and abroad."

"Our new partners share our vision of bringing the best of breed bar code and RFID solutions to the Auto ID industry," added Dana Anderson, Loftware's President and Chief Technology Officer.
