HONG KONG, April 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Telecom Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TCOM) the Total Solutions Provider, announced today that its subsidiary, Alpha Century Holdings Limited (Alpha), announced today its China operation has been awarded a 1-year contract from China Car Clubs Alliance (CCCA) to serve as the main car retailers and clubs in China (http://www.xcar.com.cn/). CCCA chose Alpha because of its Total Solutions (TM) Information Manager, CRM Call Center Systems advantage and services of providing consistent, quality customer care and 'infotainment' support services. In addition, its comprehensive mix of highly customized, scalable, flexible interactive services, offers clients high- value, low-cost sales and service solutions using the highly scalable interactive MMS response (IMR), interactive voice response (IVR) and speech recognition solutions, combined with an extensive network of China contact centers for live operator support and provide their clients opt-in subscriptions of Short Message Services (SMS) and Multimedia Message Services (MMS).

Under the agreement, Alpha will provide China Car Clubs Alliance's car owners total information management, car owner care services for approximately 400,000 car-club members. The Total Solutions (TM) may join a part of alliance on its XML web-base and wireless communications, using a dedicated group of customer service representatives (CSRs) in two of its China operation centers. The contract is valued at approximately $1.1 million. TCOM projects to receive a total solutions ASP license fee a fixed revenue of $83,400 monthly over 12 months plus $8,340 monthly in support fees.

The main car retailers and clubs through CCCA partnering strategy with Alpha includes delivering high-quality live operator service to all attendants sending the CCCA SMS/MMS code numbers for assistance and reducing the use of automated, self help, menus and solutions currently being handled by Information Manager System, an Integrated SMS/MMS Response Unit (IMRU). CCCA's goal is to provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to its clients such the main car retail chain and clubs in more convenience service. While CCCA has been known for its programs in the marketplace, the company is focused on delivering best service.
