CHICAGO, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mepco Insurance Premium Financing, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Independent Bank Corporation , announced today that the TAM-QIV Bridge, which allows insurance agencies to seamlessly transfer policy information, is now available. With the click of a button, information can be transferred from the Applied Systems' agency management application, The Agency Manager (TAM), to Mepco's online quoting system, Quotes-In-View (QIV). The TAM-QIV Bridge eliminates the need to re-enter policy information and provides agencies with the most up-to-date policy rates and discount information. To use the bridge, agents simply select the existing customer or prospect name, click the "Mepco QIV Bridge" button and check the policies to be quoted. The policies are then transferred to the QIV system and an executable Premium Finance Agreement with all relevant policy information is generated. The information is then ready to email, print or save in electronic format. The TAM-QIV Bridge add-on is fully compatible with TAM and TAM Online versions 7.1 and higher.
