New Expanded Partner Program As Customer Demand Increases Amid Mounting IT Operations Pressures

Configuresoft announced its expanded partner program
designed to maximize customer satisfaction and provide a more seamless
relationship between Configuresoft and its partners. Enterprises are challenged
with reducing costs, meeting compliance demands and managing additional
complexity introduced by technologies such as virtualization and SOA, Configuresoft
partners are experiencing increased demand for best-of-breed solutions such as
Configuresoft’s Enterprise Configuration Manager (ECM).

in conjunction with Configuresoft. Configuresoft offers a tiered program
structure with distinct partnership categories and corresponding levels of
commitment.
The program consists of three levels of partnership:
Premier, Select and Associate. Premier Partners are able to deliver the highest
level of service to their customers. With each level of certification, partners
benefit from increased sales margins and a greater level of Configuresoft
support, including access to technical support, productivity tools, online
training, marketing resources and sales promotions.
Additionally, Configuresoft Partners receive the highest
levels of sales and marketing support, including relationship management,
on-site pre-sales support, opportunity registration, channel marketing,
marketing/sales tools, access to the Configuresoft partner portal, leads, and
collateral such as white papers, business case studies, demo scripts,
presentation material, and product data sheets.
