Are cloud computing and grid computing one and the same? "There are many similarities and one key difference separating these burgeoning fields," notes Songnian Zhou is Co-Founder & CEO of Platform Computing, part of a star-studded lineup of speakers next week at SYS-CON's 1st International Cloud Computing Conference & Expo.
"Both cloud and grid propose an architecture that masks the complexity of managing thousands of commodity servers from their users," Zhou continues.
