(NYSE: CBR) today announced that Anthony D'Ambrosi has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the firm's IT Outsourcing (ITO) division. D'Ambrosi will be based in CIBER's Edison office. In this role, he will be responsible for all IT Outsourcing core operations including sales, marketing, business development and delivery operations.

Throughout his career, D'Ambrosi has played a key role in global technology operations and industry solutions practices. He has won numerous awards and has been a recognized leader in early adoption and implementation of leading-edge solutions for his clients, including Utility Computing, Global Delivery Networks, Extended Supply Chain and Mobile and Wireless. D'Ambrosi has extensive skills in executive leadership and general management, sales and marketing, business strategy, and technology and operations.

D'Ambrosi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hofstra University with a dual major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
