Venue Q&A combines industry best practices with a number of first-to-market innovations. Depending on their role in Venue, users will see only the Q&A features to which they have been given access. The ability to establish multiple control points in the workflow ensures questions are routed to the appropriate expert and the ability to tie a question to a document stored in Venue reduces duplicate questions from different buyer groups. The module was designed with a focus on flexibility – it can be configured to meet the unique needs of any deal.
