(PINKSHEETS: BCHC) is pleased to announce that the construction of BoNa Coffee Company's fourth branch, in the E-Services Building, Lakeside Evozone, Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, will commence immediately. The target opening date is June 9, 2009.

Contracts have been signed, and the official turnover of the unit took place at the site on Monday, March 9, 2009. Nuvali, the newest development of Ayala Land, one of the Philippines' biggest developers, is located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and covers a land area of 1,600 hectares (6.1 square miles/3,953 acres) and is slated to be a future regional center south of Manila.

Nuvali is a self-sufficient and eco-aware community in Laguna that covers all major areas -- residential, business, commercial, recreational, and educational. The E-Services Building will also be a LEED certified "green" facility, and is the first of three buildings that will form part of the Nuvali BPO campus.

Occupants of the E-Services Building include familiar contact center names, such as Convergys, Infonyx and People Support Center, all of which have 24/7 operations and will benefit from BoNa's corresponding 24/7 hours.

This branch is the second BoNa Coffee branch to be opened in 2009, and the fourth BoNa Coffee Shop in total. With an area of approximately 109.07 square meters (approximately 1,188 square feet), this branch will be the largest BoNa Coffee Shop to date. BoNa embraces using only eco-friendly materials to match Nuvali's eco-friendly theme.
