OptimaNumerics Supports Sun's Solaris 10

Technical and Scientific Software Now Available

OptimaNumerics, a Belfast, UK-based company known for its high-performance technical and scientific computing software, has announced OptimaNumerics Libraries for Sun Solaris 10 systems, "providing customers with the most advanced mathematical software tools in the industry, according to company CEO Dr. Kenneth Tan.

Benchmark results of OptimaNumerics Libraries show significant performance improvements, with components delivering over solutions more than twice as fast as competitive products, Tan said.

"The proven unparalleled performance of OptimaNumerics Libraries gives researchers, software developers, and administrators the powerful tools they need to drive their computations at greater efficiency," he said.
